Quantum PLC Module Features

Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, ensuring high reliability. The Quantum PLC includes hardware fault self-detection functionality, enabling timely alarm notifications for failures.

The system can be programmed with peripheral component fault self-diagnosis programs in Concept, providing fault self-diagnosis protection for components beyond just the PLC circuit. This comprehensive approach ensures the entire system maintains high reliability. All modules support hot-swapping without system downtime, reducing maintenance workload and simplifying service procedures. LED status indicators provide clear visual feedback for CPU and I/O template channel status, facilitating quick maintenance.

Quantum PLC offers complete supporting facilities with comprehensive functionality and strong applicability. Critical systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment utilize dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supplies, redundant remote I/O, plus dual Ethernet connections to ensure safe and continuous system operation. The advanced dual-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation.

Through two identically configured module sets forming primary and secondary configurations, the host CPU normally handles program operations and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status and data via the hot standby module. The standby machine continuously monitors the host's operating status. In case of host failure, the standby immediately switches to become the host, taking over processing tasks with a transition time shorter than one PLC scan cycle, ensuring uninterrupted logic operations.
