System Overview

This monitoring and protection instrument, equipped with a QBJ-3800XL eddy current sensor, measures and protects against critical parameters including axial displacement and differential expansion of industrial units. The system utilizes non-contact eddy current sensor technology, widely applied across power generation, machinery, chemical processing, metallurgical operations, and various industrial sectors.

Eddy current sensors operate by generating high-frequency electromagnetic fields that interact with measured objects to determine displacement. This technology offers significant advantages including extensive linear range, high precision, exceptional sensitivity, broad frequency response, stable temperature characteristics, and immunity to interference from oil, steam, or other industrial media.
